Terms of Service

Booking and payment

• Sessions are booked on a rolling weekly basis unless noted as a block.
• Payment is due within seven days of invoice. Thai Baht pricing is gross of VAT where applicable.
• Missed sessions without 24-hour notice are billed in full; late-cancel fees support our practitioners.

Rescheduling and pauses

• One free reschedule per block is included with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Holiday pauses of up to four weeks hold your slot at no charge.

Our commitments

• Background-checked practitioners with current safeguarding training.
• A clear referral path when a child would be better served by a clinical professional.
• Transparent, written outcome reporting for school partners.

Limitations

Our services are educational, not clinical. We do not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions and we refer out when that is what a family needs.
